I recieved a postcard in the mail, inviting new clients, i just moved to Summerville. I left as the tax representative had no idea on gow to handle my taxes and asked me to go back to my former tax person even though I told him she retired last year. He was unprofessional and rude at the same time. Glad I left.
I came here this past Monday, March 3rd after receiving a 50% new client special card in the mail. Arrived just before 9, went in, nice welcoming reception area. The gentleman doing my taxes calls me back, never introduced himself nor shook my hand which I found to be quite disrespectful in a professional setting. As we’re going through my forms he starts calling me ‘babe’ which I found to be very inappropriate and unprofessional. Amazing!! Fiance and I went to a big corporate tax location and it was awful. Refund seemed wrong, tax "professional " asking us tax questions. I know my taxes are complicated, but this is why I pay a professional. Antonio at Summerville was amazing! Filed our individual returns in under an hour! I didn't get the gentleman's name at the front desk, but I know he was a big part in expediting the process. Thank you for the best tax experience I have had in 25 years of filing! Thank you!!
