My little one has been attending Summerville Kindercare for 3 years now. When he first started, we had a few questionable experiences, but since the new director started, things have been nothing but positive. My kid looks forward to going to school and loves his teachers and classmates. At three my kid can identify his letters in both upper and lower case, count to twenty, and write some letters and numbers. We can’t express how happy we are with the staff! Our children is so excited every morning to go to school and tells us ALL about his day after he is picked up. A complete 180 from his previous experience at a former daycare. Thank you All for what you do!!

The director Felicia Skerrett and her staff are absolutely incompetent. I was promised a returned call from the facility for a transfer of locations a week ago. Multiple calls were made on my part to inquire on the status of transfer (which was confirmed to be available for my child). After 5 calls to the facility today, I was told they filled the opening without following up as they advised. Very unprofessional and could care less about building rapport with parents.

This place is wonderful, my daughter is thriving at this preschool , the teachers are amazing they do care about the wellbeing of the kids. The administrator is wonderful too she was very welcoming from the moment I went to inquire about enrollment through out the enrollment process. My daughter loves it here and she loves her teachers too.
