Was a patient there for over 10 years. Unprofessional, rude, and changing Drs every couple of years is not something I care to do anymore. When you try and make an appointment, the Dr is away for the next 2 weeks, or you can't make an appointment for 2 weeks. I made an appoinent to see my Dr one time and I waited 45 mins, went to the receptionist and asked how much longer and the Dr wasn't even there, he was working at the hospital. Time to move on.
Ive been with Dr.Zafar for 14 years . Never had an issue until this new receptionist system has took place in April . This is my 3rd time trying to call for the morning . Stayed on hold for another 36 minutes. Before I decided to hang up and call back for the operator to say they are on lunch until 1pm . Are you kidding me .
I went on their waitlist 5 years ago and haven’t heard back
Been going to Summerville last 5 years, Dr Grunwald has been amazing and definitely saved my life plenty of times through various scary medical emergencies. Great listener and always finds an option. NPs always available if Dr. is not. Easy to get refills and team is very thorough with keeping up with referrals, calling me to confirm appts and reach me. Wish they had a text system for appt bookings changes confirmations as it can be quite hard to reach clinic sometimes. Regardless still recommend Dr Grunwald to everyone.
