Will collect your application fees quickly but give you the runaround about a rental. Hard to get a hold of anyone. Bad business practices. From what I can see this isn’t the first time they wasted potential renters time and money. They should be investigated for false advertising. Update: have not been on my google reviews in years. The best experience I've had with a real estate company. I was looking for a small commercial space gave Steve a call for one I was interested in he explained the details but also offered options. Within three days I met with Vincent to view properties, found one that would work and within the same week signed the lease. These guys were great exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
