Outstanding practice and even more so given how stretched health centres are. We have been patients here for over 30 years and I feel my and my family’s health is in very safe hands. I have confidence in the doctors who take exceptional care when one has an issue that needs to be investigated or followed up. They work as an amazing team making sure no angle is overlooked, doing a lot more than I had realised behind the scenes on my behalf following up with relevant specialist departments and pushing them on occasion. Really wonderful care from Dr Triffitt and the District nurses.very sincerely appreciated.
As a family, and now with a grandson, we’ve been using this health centre for over 30 years and have had almost universally positive experiences and treatment. The staff and whole system have been excellent. Despite all the ongoing pressures on the NHS they have continued to provide an excellent service throughout this time.
Date of consult: 30.07.2025 (afternoon) Very happy with my experience. I had a very painful condition that required specific medication. When I call the Receptionist was kind, she asked appropriate questions and booked me with the GP the same day, which I was not expecting. The GP (female, sorry don't know her name) was so nice and dealt with my concern with compassion. The practice tries hard and since being with you for 20 years, I am very happy with the service, the staff and the attention my family gets when needed. All the doctors are excellent and attentive. However, special thanks to doctor Triffit for always going that extra mile and your treatment has always worked for me. I must also say that the receptionist team are also super helpful.
