I have experienced excellent care without exception from the surgery. I have found all the doctors I’ve seen to be personable, empathetic and highly knowledgeable. Dr Triffitt, Dr Camm and Dr Monach have been stand out. The receptionists and nurses I’ve encountered have also been excellent. A cut above other practices I’ve been to in the past.
I can't speak highly enough of the Summertown Health Centre. My 97 year old mother, who lives close to the Health Centre, had a serious fall in earlier September. She was hospitalised and in a care home facility for almost six weeks. On her discharge to home (far too early in my view) with visiting carers, the Health Centre went out of their way to ensure that my mother was catered for with visits from the doctor, nurse and physiotherapist. Outstanding practice and even more so given how stretched health centres are. We have been patients here for over 30 years and I feel my and my family’s health is in very safe hands. I have confidence in the doctors who take exceptional care when one has an issue that needs to be investigated or followed up. They work as an amazing team making sure no angle is overlooked, doing a lot more than I had realised behind the scenes on my behalf following up with relevant specialist departments and pushing them on occasion.
