10/10 would recommend. Summerton Homes is a lot more professional and reliable than the other four places we looked at. With amazing prices Summerton homes met all of our requirements, and we were able to construct the extension of our dreams for our magnificent new home in crafers. I wouldn't put my trust in anybody else. The beautiful team was patient and persistent, which added to the wonderful experience. Thank you Summerton homes!
Summerton Homes sells a good story saying their quality is of high standard, but I received substandard building work, they refused to take responsibility for poor workmanship. During the dispute over poor workmanship their administration was unprofessional, and expect to be bombarded with emails deflecting any responsibility "because their work still meets Australian Standards", although the Australian Standard is a minimum standard. Couldn't recommend Summerton Homes enough! Changed plans a couple times and the team was more than accomodating. Administration was lovely and always kept us updated on the property as we live rurally. Thank you Summerton homes for your hard work!
