Dead plants shipped very late. No answer when calling to ask how to proceed with a return. Summerstone took my money and waited over 60 days to ship so I couldn't dispute the charge. Buyer beware, save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
I ordered plants and trees. Paid for them got dead branches and never did get my flower that were ordered last year. Called about my flowers they said only shipped in the spring and it was spring. They need to do something about these RIP OFFS. That are taking working peoples hard earnd money. I don't care if it is just 1 penny it is still a rip off.
They are sending random dead branches to customer. My order was less$200 , all dead branches . And now not answering call. Scam
Summerstone must be out of business. Their phone has been suspended (didn't pay the bill) for a few months now. Sucks
Absolutely unethical and shady operation. Ordered $140 worth of plants. Never arrived. Can not reach anybody by phone. I'm contacting a lawyer and the BBB. Why haven't they been forced to close? Any idea about how we can put them out of business?
