There are a couple of decent staff members, but overall a horrible facility. The only plus is that it was just built a few years ago so it doesn't have the structural issues other places do.
My 99 yr old mom was here for rehab for her hip replacement. In 2 weeks, I removed her from this horrible place! All they did was keep her sleepy, did nothing for her hip rehab! She can't stand or walk, they could have done a better job with my mom! I never could get a straight answer from anyone either. One person would say one thing and another would say the opposite. Sorry DON EVERY... ERICA. doesn't have enough back bone to have her nursing staff do there job No Compassion, Empathy or sympathy for patients or there family. She thinks a party or celebration is more important 😡😡
As a son, watching my father go through what he did at this facility was gut-wrenching. I entrusted them with someone who means the world to me — and that trust was broken. There are things you expect when your loved one enters a care facility: respect, safety, dignity. Unfortunately, those expectations were not met here. My family and I were left disappointed and heartbroken. Please be cautious. Look closely. Ask questions. Your parent deserves better.
I would never ever take my love ones to this place! Nurse Nancy was very rude, disrespectful. She don’t know what she’s doing never professional bad attitude and talks too much about her personal business and a life when she Should be concerned about the patient. and her buddy Maryland the CNA is just like her them two should be banned from healthcare for the way they treat people and the way they treat their patients.
