If I could give this place an eviction notice I would. If this place could be closed right now as I am typing this review it should be. No one should be able to be in this place unless it was to shut it down. My experience is based off my grandmother being in this facility now for 13 days. My grandmother has stage 4 lung cancer that has ran rapid through her whole entire body. She even has a l5 fracture due to the cancer. Alert!! Warning! Do not bring your family to this place. My mother received terrible treatment she actually got worse. I had to transfer her to a better place. I would give a zero if I could.
The admissions staff is useless!!! Will not return calls and will answer phone calls!!! Also they lie about info that they thell you!! The phone operator has the personality of a rock wall!!! Do yourself a favor keep your loved ones away from this place at all cost!!! You don't even deserve the one star that I gave you!!! This place is the worst u can press the call button and no one never comes the food here stinks and all they have is water and sweet tea, which you never can get the CNS don't pay you no mine I regret ever coming to this place. I haven't seen a nurse since this morning. BEWARE OF SUMMERSTONE! Do not be fooled by the enticing outward appearance of this place...my loved one is diabetic and I believe they used dirty lancets on her and infected her with hepatitis B for which there is no cure. The same poop stains stayed on the floor for her entire stay of 1 week. One of the nurses told me to my face that they drug the residents with Benadryl to keep them in bed. I wish I could go back in time and keep her out of Summerstone. She was only there for 1 week and her physical/mental skill regression... read more
