Do not take your loved one to this facility. The care is mediocre at best. Sadly management did not care or attempt to correct the neglect after family meetings and multiple conversations. Medications not started, CPap not managed appropriately, developed pneumonia after a month of sharing she was congested. Told a chest X-ray would be ordered and it was weeks before one was ordered. The list goes on… and on. We moved our loved one and the care has been immaculate where she was moved to since day one.
My mother stayed there for about 2 weeks the facility was great and her nurse Jo was awesome to my mother.Thank you Jo for everything
DO NOT GO HERE. PICK ANY PLACE BUT SUMMERSTONE. My mom 91 years oldfell & broke her hip & we had picked Summerston because it was close for me to go to see her. The caseworker from hospital had set it up for her to go on 2/3/2026 , EMS took her from hospital to Summerstone that day and they would not take her because they said she was a day early, this is after admission had everything set up for her to be there that day , they had called me a couple of times that day and I told them she was leaving to come there, they knew ... read more

I would give a zero if it let me,the head nurses are lazy and belittling the CNA's which are doing their job,where is managament around to see this kind of garbage going on in there. This is a professional workplace not a daycare. This place is a sorry place to put a loved one in,do your research first.This place needs to be put out of business.
