This place is the worst u can press the call button and no one never comes the food here stinks and all they have is water and sweet tea, which you never can get the CNS don't pay you no mine I regret ever coming to this place. I haven't seen a nurse since this morning. This place is the worst ever ever seen your family here.day 2 its the worst for breakfast 2 boiled eggs coffee no cream or sugar a 4 Oz glass of oj i don't want to be here
BEWARE OF SUMMERSTONE! Do not be fooled by the enticing outward appearance of this place...my loved one is diabetic and I believe they used dirty lancets on her and infected her with hepatitis B for which there is no cure. The same poop stains stayed on the floor for her entire stay of 1 week. One of the nurses told me to my face that they drug the residents with Benadryl to keep them in bed. I wish I could go back in time and keep her out of Summerstone. She was only there for 1 week and her physical/mental skill regression... read more
When I was in here about a year and a half ago it was very nice. I don't have nothing to say about the food. It has something to said for and the tv. I wish there were more better channels. But overall a nice place
Do not take your loved one to this facility. The care is mediocre at best. Sadly management did not care or attempt to correct the neglect after family meetings and multiple conversations. Medications not started, CPap not managed appropriately, developed pneumonia after a month of sharing she was congested. Told a chest X-ray would be ordered and it was weeks before one was ordered. The list goes on… and on. We moved our loved one and the care has been immaculate where she was moved to since day one.
My mother stayed there for about 2 weeks the facility was great and her nurse Jo was awesome to my mother.Thank you Jo for everything
