We have been going to this dental clinic for about one year. Last year, my spouse had a cavity filled, but it did not go well. After two weeks, food started getting stuck in the tooth, and our insurance had already run out. We had to wait until the next year to fix it, and it was not a good feeling. Funny how SummerSmiles Facebook and Google reviews raffles fancy gifts for good reviews — I never saw one, have they ever published winners? No! What I did see were overbilled dental claims! Makes you wonder what’s really behind all those five stars.
This dental clinic engages in fraudulent billing practices with CDCP. Patients are not informed in advance about the charges that will be submitted. The staff take photographs of patients without consent, and management operates dishonestly. This clinic is unethical and should be avoided at all costs.
I had a small repair completed on one of my lower front teeth requiring me to receive an injection for pain relief. I have had many of these injections over the years for dental work performed in the past, never have I had an needle injection in my mouth that I didn't feel the initial poke, some worse than others, its always been one of the worst parts of any previous visit and has always caused fear and anxiety with all dental visits. I had a great experience at the clinic today. The dentist was very professional, gentle, and explained everything clearly. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Highly recommend!
