One of my biggest fears with finding a good veterinary hospital was that I’d be charged unnecessarily out of my money and be gaslit if I did not have the means to do so or question the validity of their assessment. This is quite a common issue in Fort Mcmurray so I was so hesitant and I also am very over protective with my cat. The staff at Summerside Vet deserve more than a 5 star review. Ever since the day we’ve brought our dogs into their clinic they’ve gone above and beyond. One of our dogs has epilepsy, diabetes and is now blind and anytime we need this team, they’re there for us with the kindness and smiles we need in hard moments. I am so thankful for the folks at summer side. I have a diabetic dog and I couldn't take care of him properly without summer sides help. I have been up through ups and downs with my dogs condition and they are always there for support, guidance and any questions or they squeeze us in if my dog needs to be seen. Me and Fritz rate this vet 10/10
Everyone is amazing. I had allergy issues with my dog when I first got her, and went to 3 or 4 vet clinics before I landed here. Dr. Lisa was able to diagnose her, and come with an action plan. It’s been 5 years since then, my dog is super healthy, and loves all the doctors in the clinic.
We have used Summerside Veterinary Hospital for almost four years for our dog, Billy. The service has always been prompt, caring, and professional. I can and will recommend them for your dog.
