Very friendly staff who were willing to help us out as we travelled through Edmonton. They completely understood our situation even when it changed last minute. Very thankful for the understanding staff.
We’ve been having such a pleasant visits all the time. Staff is professional and friendly. I am well informed about the procedures and steps they need to take and aftercare instructions are made clear and easy to follow. I know my puppy is always in a good hands.

Dr Taryn Waugh was wonderful & down to earth in explaining her answers to the many questions we had. Office is clean & very welcoming as well. We are so happy we found you!
The care and compassion the entire staff gave to myself and Thor is nothing I have ever experienced in my past 2 veterinarian team. They answered all my questions and concerns with patience and reassurances. All in all I love this team. Thank you for all that you do. The staff always follows up on their care; very timely in responding to emails and calls. My girl had a stroke last year and Dr. Lisa has been amazing with her follow up care. I know she genuinely cares about her.
