This operation is all about the workers and their poor attitudes. It is a shame that with such a poorly staffed health care system that these robots make the health care experience worse for people needing some real help. Also, when I see the “mall” experience degraded to such an awful facility it resounds that our retail world is truly being run by Amazon, Costco, Walmart and other big box locations. The best thing for this mall is to take the facility down and put up a Costco.
Only reason it's a 1 star is because I can't put lower. Receptionist lacks any basic human conversational skills in regards to being kinda. You ask anything and you get a sigh of "do I really need to dealwith this" in return. I felt like a robot would have been better. rest of the staff was decent.
