Very poor communication, I booked a appointment on the holiday weekend and when I arrived for my appointment waited 30 minutes and was told she couldn’t do my hair she didn’t know why they booked me and walked away without a care in the world... that’s how clients are treated 😡😡😡😡
Currently undergoing chemotherapy because I have cancer. Had an appointment for 2 weeks with Laquinda. Sick today but drove there anyway. Walking IN THE DOOR at 9:00 and received a phone call from Laquinda saying she was double booked AND had a 9:15 doctor's appointment...huh? Which one is it? So disappointed in Somerset. Zero stars 👎Let me add that my appointment was for a cranial prosthesis full, aka wig fitting. I will be sure to tell anyone looking for a salon.
