Just got home after five days here for a softball tournament. Grant and Zach could not have been more helpful, friendly, and communicative before and during our stay. The rooms are beautiful and newly remodeled, the view of the lake and access to it can't be beat, and the location was convenient to the highway and local restaurants. Very scenic, quiet, and family-friendly. Would definitely stay again in the future!
We stayed here after getting in a bind and needing a last minute place with a boat slip. For being a 2 star hotel we definitely received 5 star service. Very impressed. Whatever gentleman answers the phones is literally so kind and helpful. He gave a customer service experience that you would get back in the good old days. The Gozark Team is 2nd to none! Website is easy to navigate. Team is eager to help. The check in is seamless. Pay online, they text immediately asking if you need any other help. Asked for a great view & they were on it! The next text had wifi info, #'s to door lock. Next text was can we help with anything else? Towels folded like a blooming rose! TP stamped with a leaf fold! Where do you get this service? 10+ very impressed. Will be back! Stuart
