"Business has been slow" according to Phil. He tells me his sales guy will get me information on a used cat craddle. I have been told this 3 different times. Last time they asked the width of the tunnel on the boat I am buying. As late as last week Phil told me his guy would see if one of the two craddles would work and get back to me that day or the next day with an answer and price. Four days later, still no information. Steve and his team are Top Notch! Highly recommend working with them!
One of my friends went in to talk business with a salesman and the owner disgusted him by degrading his employees in front of him. they for sure lost our business. Run and go to another company!! If the curse at employees and treat them like dogs, they don't deserve anyone's business.
Had a lift installed recently and the professionalism and customer service from this company is phenomenal! Highly recommend using them if you need a lift!!
