I cannot speak to the product, but I can say with no doubt that Phil Carter, and Summerset Boat Lifts are the type of people you want to do business with. Phil and his team were willing to sacrifice business to help my elderly in-laws from taking a pretty significant financial hit. If you are in the market for a boat lift you want to talk to these people.
