I’m in my third year with Cody. He does great work at a very reasonable price. He is always respectful, courteous and on time. If he sees anything that needs attention he gets right on it. Even reminding me that my outside faucets were not covered as winter came and offered to do that for me!!
Don't waste your money or time with this company. They failed to show at least 4 times on a pre-paid maintenance contract for 2 properties. Did not provide all contracted services. Promised to "make it right" when first contacted about issues. Didn't do anything special except show up the next time they were scheduled. Now they don't even bother to respond.
