I recently visited this orthodontist for permanent fixed retainers, but my experience was disappointing. It was also frustrating that they wouldn't give me a straightforward answer about the costs upfront. Later, I found out they were charging $450 for a procedure that Palmetto Family Orthodontics quoted me for $380. Dr. Summers and staff are amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and Dr. Summers is so knowledgeable and so good with kids. Their technology is state-of-the-art, and check-in and check-out run so smoothly. We have been very pleased with our experience. I’m so glad they were recommended to us.
