Tried to make a simple appointment to glue down one side of a permanent retainer. Was originally told $75 because I had gotten it done last time at Smile Doctor but apparently since they didn't originally put in the retainer then it changed to over $800! What a rip off and shows how much upcharge they are doing. I'm a struggling student. Very disappointed in the greedy attitude.
Kelsey was fantastic! My daughter had to have an adult tooth extracted the day before our appointment and was nervous about coming in because she was still swollen and in a great deal of pain. We had to come in to get a scan taken for our next steps. Not only was Kelsey very kind, but she was also gentle and made sure that my daughter felt safe and comfortable. Wonderful first visit. Dr. Summers took his time and explained our children’s treatment plan throughly. He and his office staff are very well spoken and knowledgeable. We feel like we are in great hands!
We love Summers Orthodontics. The atmosphere is so welcoming and relaxing. The kids love going bc they can play in the mini arcade. We always feel so well taken care of and if I ever have any questions I know I can speak to someone there without judgement or feeling like I am an inconvenience. My daughter is called by name as soon as she walks in. They make you feel special when you don’t have to walk up to the counter and tell them who you are. They are ready and waiting on you! So far, so good! I’m on my second week of Spark aligners and it’s very easy to follow instructions so I will get the best results!
