The only problem here is that there are no phones in the rooms. The staff is excellent & caring.

If you care for your loved one, I would not recommend letting them go to this place. My mom went in for some physical therapy and was there les than a week because of how she was treated. She would call me and text me in the middle of the night, so upset with how she was being treated. A cna named Natasha came in to her room, on her phone, talking loud with her boyfriend and my mom said something to her that she didn't like (old people say dumb things sometimes)so after she hung up from that point on she treated my mom like ... read more
Does anyone actually work here? I live in Florida & have been trying to reach my dad for a week that is in this place for rehab. There are no phones in the rooms & most of the time no one answers at the front desk. If they do answer, they transfer me to the nurses station where no one is ever there. One time they answered & they have to transfer me to a cordless phone & take the phone to him. Absolutely ridiculous! My dad doesn't have a cell phone & it's impossible to get to talk to him.
