I am very disappointed with this firm. Today is April 1; this firm does my corporate account, and I need a form to give to the accountant who does my private taxes. I was told that they would "try" to get that form to me today. When I called, the front desk people did that vague job of covering for the accountant, who had not yet completed the form.
