I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know the wonderful people at Summers Landing. As a new vendor, I've enjoyed a few "getting to know each other" events with the residents and other vendors, and it is by far the best part of my job. I also really appreciate the way Erin, the Activities Director, plans creative events and makes us all feel like part of the 'family'- very refreshing!
I love our home here, my grandmother was here several years ago and I had never seen her so happy she was Ruth Snyder she is gone now but I feel so blessed to follow in her footsteps ! I would recommend Summers Landing to anyone looking for a place to call home we look out and help one another and have all that we need and most of what we want we are a family and there is plenty of room for you !!! My mom has been a resident for 3 years in the assisted living section. The staff are great and she has done very well. The only complaint she ever has is the food. All else is great!
My Mom, Rose Corday, has been living at Summer's Landing since 2014. The staff and nurses take Very good care of her. She loves her sun filled apartment with a balcony in the independent wing and often sits out there with her dear friend watching the birds and enjoying the fresh air. There are activities every day and she especially enjoys the live music gatherings as well as the arts and crafts activities throughout the year.
