Edit*** Went back today and Cindy was finally in her office, Donna's name is no longer on her door. Honestly, we overheard her talking down to 2 different employees before we even had a chance to talk to her and that was all we needed to hear. We got up and left. Edit*** Went back today and Cindy was finally in her office, Donna's name is no longer on her door. Honestly, we overheard her talking down to 2 different employees before we even had a chance to talk to her and that was all we needed to hear. We got up and left. How do we talk to someone in charge at this facility? Between my wife and I, we've been up there a total of 4 times and Donna and Cindy are never there. All calls are routed to answering machine and messages are never returned.

I call my relative staying here each weekend and was sad to hear that they didn't do anything for them on their birthday. Some of their laundry has also come up missing. Some of those outfits were brand new!! I do know in the last several months leadership has changed here and most of the staff are brand new because as I was told, 'everyone that used to work there left'. Some things mentioned was there is no one working in the activities room, so there's nothing for them to do. The only thing offered is playing bingo. This h... read more
