I worked with James (Jim) Nowogrocki on a legal issue regarding another business. Jim walked me through options and recommended what he thought the best course of action was. He was honest about the situation and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each choice. I highly recommend Jim. I hope I do not have this situation arise again, but if it does Jim will be my first call.

Heni Takacs used her 30 some odd years of legal experience which is what you are paying her for to the best of her abilities. No issues there however Matthew Schaper was fast and loose with billing and all actual details. I'd steer clear, unless you double proof read the docs.

JR was opposing counsel and called me a complainer during cross examination, when I questioned name calling she corrected her behavior but then called me one again in closing statements. Pure hilarity especially since she (and the other side) lost the case...no complaining JR, you win some you lose some! I suppose posting one star is complaining but it's the truth and is documented so I sleep well at night. Edit: I still laugh about this, JR you were not ready for me as an opposing party.
