I appreciate the level of professionalism and how courteous the staff is. Each time I come in they are willing to assist and go above and beyond to help reach a resolution. No matter if it's programming a key card or questions about updates happening in the community.
Jesse Vincent has done an incredible job managing the townhome landscaping challenges and changes. He has respectfully listened to and documented homeowner feedback due to a landscaping service decline over the past year. Jesse has made vast improvements over the past month. His collaboration skills between FRS and the HOA are exemplary and highly appreciated.
I'm aware Summerport has had some issues over the years. But, I want to give kuddos to Jesse Vincent. He is currently out trimming landscaping in this hear which is not his job. He is going above and beyond to address our complaints and concerns. He is easy to talk with and makes me feel heard. Thank you, Jesse!!!
