We primarily were helped by Bill and he was nothing but awesome from start to finish. We were impressed from the start with the quality of the construction and are super pleased with every aspect of this purchase. SummerPlace Homes treats their customers extremely well and we couldn't be happier.
Three months ago my husband and I moved into our dream home built by SummerPlace Homes in a development called the Crossing in Vancouver. Every phase of the building process went smoothly, starting with the sales agent Bill DiRocco. He was great to work with and was the liaison between the builder and us to facilitate the changes we wanted made to the floorplan we chose. Great Warranty service from Matt McClain @ SPH. Both He and Mahlon Daugherty, who also was on the the warranty call were quick to find, and correct the squeak in our SPH home. I would highly recommend SPH to any prospective home buyer within Clark County to check out their offerings. Great Home Outstanding folks to work with 5 star warranty work
