Summerplace was the perfect rental for our anniversary getaway! Amanda was extremely helpful prior to our stay and during! She went the extra mile for us to ensure our stay was memorable by assisting my husband with his flower delivery prior to our arrival. We will definitely being booking here again! Beautiful home and amazing views!
We have made 3 trips to Summerplace. Most recently this spring. The house is the perfect size for us, we love the ample parking and easy access to the beach. The view from upstairs is beautiful! We like the location, a short drive to restaurants and shopping. We take bikes to enjoy the quiet beachfront road. Amanda is so helpful with questions we may have about Emerald Isle. The Aquarium is wonderful, and next year we want to take a tour to a nearby island for shelling, or to see the wild horses. The beach has always been cl... read more
My family and I stayed there a week in August. It was wonderful, steps from the beach. The location was perfect, it’s only a few miles from everything. The owners are great, they work very hard to accommodate your needs. The condo was very clean and well stocked! Thanks for such a great week. Rex and Vicky Smith
Cozy and clean cottage with amazing access to the ocean! We watched the beach from our deck and from the platform bench on the dune all the time. The easy access allowed us to go back and forth to the beach so much more than we usually do. A real retreat!
