He built a bunch of houses in our neighborhood and he did the same thing to all of us...never came back to fix anything. I wouldn't let him build a crap house...I'm sure you land in the CRAP once you sat down!
Summerlin Construction built my house and NEVER held to the one year warranty. The owner Larry Summerlin assured me that the one year warranty didn't matter he would take care of everything anyway, The $400K house has several problems and it has been over 5 years with all kinds of promises that he would fix the issues but to this day ...NOTHING. BTW he is NOT licenced as he states. I have contacted the Alabama Builders Licensure Board he nor his wife or company is licensed. He also made all kinds of excuses about the things ... read more
