I've been going to this gym for the last 4 years. I joined this gym during Covid and they were fantastic in keeping everyone safe. Since then I have gotten in shape with a wonderful supportive group of women in a safe environment. The facility is spotless, the machines are all in excellent working order as they are regularly maintained. There are people who train and monitor users to make sure the experience is safe and the gym is approved by two Physiotherapy Clinics in Summerland and one in Penticton. "I had high hopes for this fitness center, but unfortunately, my experience was terrible. The equipment was outdated and many machines were broken. The staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful when I asked about the issues. The gym was overcrowded, and it was difficult to find a space to work out. To make matters worse, the cleanliness was subpar—dirty floors and unclean bathrooms. I won't be coming back."
