Beautiful location and amazing customer service. Sorry if I spell his name wrong…. Murielle thank you for going over and above. We had an wonderful weekend. We will definitely be coming back. We ordered breakfast and a charcuterie board which were both worth it.
The hotel itself is older, which we expected, but the cleanliness of the room was really disappointing. The sheets and towels weren’t clean, and we even found hair, which is not acceptable. On the positive side, the two guys at the front desk were absolutely wonderful — very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Their service was the highlight of our stay. With some serious improvement in housekeeping, this place could be so much better.
