Once again, Anthony went above and beyond. We were on the road in a snowstorm, and my furnace went out. I texted him just before 7 AM, and he responded within 20 minutes. Via FaceTime he walked me through both troubleshooting and fixing the issue with my heater. Talk about customer service! That type of genuine concern for customers is extremely rare these days… Thank you Anthony!
