This company is TOTALLY UNRELIABLE....for a WEDDING business like DEUX BELETTES we rely on suppliers . Those who constantly use..."someone was off sick" on more than 3 occasions over 2 months indicates they do not have enough staff and they do not care about their customers.
This business advertises 5pm closing on the telephone voice recording, 4.30pm on the front door to the premises. I have been there twice now just after 4pm, with the doors locked and no one in sight. How are people that work, and travel to the shop from towns surrounding Alstonville supposed to get supplies ? It’s not poor service, there is NO service !
I only go here when I’m desperate. Often out of stock of basic stuff like salt or acid. Went there this morning (Saturday) at 9.45am. The place is shut even though sign on door says Saturday 9 to 12. Not the first time this has happened. Won’t ever get another cent from me. Useless.
