After reading the most recent review of this business, my experience makes a lot more sense. I called to ask about having my windshield replaced, and the woman who answered said, “Depends if and when I can get one brought in.” I waited, expecting her to tell me the next steps, offer a rough timeline, or even book a tentative appointment—but she didn’t. I took in four old basement windows that needed glass replacement and left them outside in the truck. The only people in the place were two ladies, who weren't even at the desk in front, obviously hiding in the coffee room. I asked one of them to take a look at the windows to see if they could replace the glass. One small dirty window was on top of the other so needed to be lifted up to see if the lower window needed some new glass. When she hesitated, I said "It's only dirt." Our strata recently hired this company to measure and replace sealed glass units. The estimater mistakenly measured 2 good windows and replaced them leaving the bad ones. This costs us an additional cost to then use an alternate company. They refused to accept any responsibility.
