I was on my way to Heritage bank to open 3 accounts, and saw this bank, walked in to give them a try and there was one lady hiding behind her monitor. I moved around etc but she didn't see me until I made the decision to leave, by then I wasn't staying. I feel bad, but hope this review helps to adjust the set up model they have there. Perhaps rearranging the set up so if staff are working they can still see people walking in, or put a bell or something.
