My favourite gym in the Okanagan. I just moved to Summerland and bought a year pass. Excited to become a regular!
Gym is very basic, good for beginners or those who don’t require a lot of good equipment or variety.
It’s a decent pool. Clean facilities. Some of the lifeguards are extremely unfriendly.
Local helpful knowledgeable and friendly staff, facilities clean and great! It's a great place to go for your healthy/physical needs.
