I live in this condominium at 8239 Pond Apple Dr and I have made several complaints about issues with the sprinkler system that have not been resolved. Additionally, the employees who mow the grass constantly break the sprinklers and tear the pool screens. Just this week, I have tried to contact the management multiple times and every time a different person answers the phone and promises to fix the problem, but no one ever shows up.
