Jim and team know their craft! We wanted to replace a concrete patio, with the idea that we would be having a hot tub installed on it after it cured. Current code requires a bonding wire from the rebar/rewire grid in the concrete and a bonding lug on the hot tub. The bonding wire needs to be attached to the grid before the concrete is poured. I worked with Frank to have our driveway seal coated. He was very easy to communicate with, knowledgeable, and it is clear he cares about providing a quality service to his customers (at a reasonable price). He even came back the next day to fill in extra cracks in our driveway. We are very happy with the results and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking!
Frank and Jim and their team are great. We hired them twice, first a few years ago for our driveway, retaining wall, patio and sidewalk. The work was quality, professional, they walked you through the process, took great attention to detail, good price, and were remarkable in keeping the place as clean as possible - for a concrete and driveway job! We had our driveway lengthened and then sealed and it turned out great! Working with Jim from Summerrill Paving was great as well. They took care of everything while we were on vacation so there was no inconvenience at all.
The Summerill brothers did an excellent job with my walkway and driveway replacement. The job was done exactly how Frank and I scoped the work. All aspects of the job were explained in great detail when we met. The pricing was excellent but more importantly the work was done perfectly. They arrived on time and completed the work in the time originally estimated. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a top quality job with great customer service.
