everything they suck no respect to residents

Landlord is a crook he harasses all his residents. He will threaten to evict you illegally if you don't do what he wants he is a peeper and doesn't maintain homes properly ours was infested with mice roaches and had black mold all around even found 5 gallons of water in ac but if you confront him about any issues he calls police and makes false accusations. He stalks my cousin and has trespassed on my family's personal private land going as far as walking in house uninvited. Stay clear of Summerhill.
