The house I purchased looks like it was built by a five year old. They used the cheapest quality on everything and anything they could. The construction manager Jesse very helpful at first, but once the second inspection was done he’s also done with you. He tells you to call him with anything you might need but why bother when he doesn’t reply. You purchase a new build so you don’t have to deal with any house issues. The ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ are for Derek Winn. Derek was super sweet and understood our needs when it came to our forever home, and he went to battle for us, unfortunately due to Corvette’s profiling minorities we did not purchase a home. In the future I will locate him again and refer him business. Thank You Derek Winn for being so caring to me and my husband. I will never do business with Legend in fact I still haven’t received my $1,000 earnest money from back in July!!!

Passed by for inquiry and they have stripped the land, no trees just hot blazing open destruction. They love paying money to knock out everything because their lazy with going around or saving the trees for shade. Lazy lazy lazy. Just beach houses.
