The owner is hands-on, friendly and a good communicator keeping us up to date with frequent correspondence. The facility is situated in a quiet setting and is well kept. The staff has been working together for a long time and are well liked. Everyone shows empathy and effort in meeting our loved one’s needs.
I cannot express enough how blessed and happy we are with my "Super Senior's" care at Summerhaven. My loved one is completely bedridden and getting round the clock loving and competent care that we could not provide at home or in a nursing home. It's a tremendous relief to have been able to have access to this care. I can't thank Greg, Sia and Tina enough for how they are helping us and are so committed.

If I could give Greg and the staff at Summerhaven 6 stars I would. They saw my Aunt thorough end-of-life care and they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. She was cared for with compassion and we will never be able to thank them enough for all they did to make her last days comfortable.
