We had to take our dog we have had for 16 years in this morning because she apparently suffered a stroke. They were so compassionate with us and our dog. They helped carry her in and get us stay with her while she was put to sleep forever. I can not say enough about how much care they gave to us and our dog, under this emergency situation. Highly recommend them for your animals care. Thank you all so very much for all you did for us and our sweet dog.
Dr. Metzler was amazing. She explained everything involved with the procedures that our Mali Devi is going to be going through in detail, and then went above and beyond to inform me on a lot of things I wasn’t aware of and our last vet had ZERO clue about. I drove 4.5 hours to come to this hospital specifically because of the reputation they have for OFA exams/reproductive health. This Hospital has become out full time care provider for our dogs now. I don’t mind driving halfway across Texas for excellent care.
The staff and veterinarian’s are very kind and help us with our fur babies. The prices are high but, it’s just the price you pay because you love your fur babies.
We went this week twice in Summerfields with two German Rottwailers. Stuff was really nice and polite but very very busy . Yes we have to wait but we get good service here. Also prices are ok for service we get.I was little sceptic when I read reviews but I’m person that need to see with my own eyes and hear with my own ears and I didn’t male mistake. This people take care of my babies very good. Thank you guys very much from Luna and Khan ❤️❤️❤️
Pet Owners Beware. This is a horrible animal hospital. Do not take your pets here. We took a sick puppy to Summerfields and they treated her and rushed her out the door with us because they were closing in an hour. They didn't refer us to an emergency vet, just sent us on our way. The puppy died on the way home. The vet and staff were negligent and I would never take a dog there again. When we called, they didn't care to talk to us and just brushed it off. Friendly staff, doctors are amazing very clean and professional
I am extremely disappointed in the front desk staff. I have given numerous chances, but I am done. This time, they scheduled us for a grooming appointment for tomorrow. I made the appointment a week ago. They just now call to tell me the groomer won’t even be there until the 15th. Apparently, it was marked on the calendar, ‘so, they don’t know why they scheduled you’. Not today I was here for almost 2 hours dang My appointment was at 7:30 and it’s 922 PM I’m still not gone they are over booked I think .I have been coming here for over 20 years so upset today
