I typically don’t write a review because as a business owner I’ve learned no matter how hard you deliver; someone will still leave a bad review. My review is based on 10 years of bringing our pets here. I highly recommend Summerfield Animal Hospital. We’ve owned pets for 30+ years. My advice, if your pet is sick, ask for blood work and an Ultrasound or MRI. Blood work can give some information but if there is an underline condition, an Ultrasound or MRI can provide answers. Will not return. The visit started out poor by them requiring to keep a copy of my drivers license on file. When I asked why, I was given a bunch of bogus explanations with the last being HIPAA. 1st Google search told me pet records are not covered under HIPAA. If I can't even get a honest answer as to why you need a photo copy of my drivers license, how am I supposed to trust when you say my dog needs treatment?
