I had an excellent experience working with Louis Cole throughout the entire process of purchasing a house. Using a FHA renovation loan, he helped educate me on all of intricacies of the loan and what needed to be done before close. He made sure I was set up to succeed and would bend over backwards to ensure we were meeting deadlines. I will continue using Louis as long as he's in the business. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance a house.
