I booked for a blood test and paid online £224 on 21/02/2023 and the results would take 3 to 5 days. I haven’t head any correspondence since. I have tried phoning numerous times and get put on hold for around 10 minutes just to be told by recorded message that my call cannot be taken at that time and cut off. Have have emailed and had no reply. Today 10/03/2023 I went ti their address and there is a notice on the door saying Summerfield Healthcare no are no longer in the building. Total scammers.
Worst place possible
Shocking, travelled over 45 minutes for my appointment costing me £75 in taxi costs. Not to mention taking a day off work. Only to be told on arrival doctor has not shown up, nothing they can do and wouldn't provide me with written proof that I had shown up to the appointment and they had infact cancelled without even trying to call me. They kept just saying it's not our fault... Well it's certainly not mine. They have employed that doctor and therefore should be responsible, yet I am the one out of pocket and missing out.
