I have lived in several apartment complexes and I have to say this is definitely 10 out of 10. The grounds are clean and kept clean great in the winter the office gal Lindsey has been so helpful in situations with quick responses. she is also very sweet..
Move in review: Lindsey made it easy despite the 2 day only in office policy (which makes sense). Community seems safe from the 3 days I’ve been here and asking the neighbors. Place is near many businesses, and there is an Starbucks 5 min walk away.
The maintenance at Summerfield Apartments Juan, wonderful maintenance man the minute you put a work order he’s at your door. He fixes everything professionally well done good service happy person friendly a wonderful maintenance gets The job done and I’m very happy with the results cause he really does a good job
They really take care of their residents here. Whone, the maintenance guy, always comes through with our service requests. Plus the apartments are a great size and in a great area.
After living here for 2 and a half years I am sad to say things have certainly gone down hill. The office is now closed most days of the week and is ran by an AI. We have had persistent issue with our AC over the past several months, constantly putting in service requests to have random men come in and "fix" the problem, only for the issues to come back or worsen with days. The last time someone came through to look at it we were told the unit needs its coils cleaned badly, only for the AI running the office to tell us that ... read more
