HOA is so HIGH, charging so much per month that everyone is selling and moving on. The HOA doesn't take care of anything - they always come back with oh that's it always the owners expense. Dead grass and dog crap all over the place at Summerfield I and II.
Pleasant neighborhood people are very friendly. Accepting of my dog fiance and myself only problem with this neighborhood is the homeowners association. They absolutely love involving themselves in people's business where they don't belong.
Oh how I love my porch!
