Had my car towed, the same day I purchased it , a couple days , got home about 10.30pm went inside to do paperwork on my vehicle 20 minutes later went outside to register it to the property and it was gone , highly pissed , towed yard is all the way in Fort Worth , $320.00 …….

My garage code does not work, my clicker is not working. I have no way to get into my garage and they left the office without updating me on the status for the weekend. Now they won’t open til Monday. What if my car is parked in there and I can’t get to it to go to work? This is an emergency situation and no one seems to care. Can’t wait to get out of here!!!!

I would not recommend living at this apartment complex, especially if safety and basic living conditions are important to you. In January, my car was stolen from the property. Then, just recently, my second vehicle was broken into. This is not a one-time issue it’s a pattern, and management has done little to address it. The gates at this community are almost always broken, even though residents are required to use an app for access. The maintenance man was, as always, friendly and professional. He did a great job rapidly and efficiently while explaining what the problem was and how to prevent it going forward. Not only that, but he was thoughtful enough to provide batteries for the fire alarms that had burnt out. Kudos.
