My roof was replaced by Summercress Contracting LLC in the summer of 2021. The contract states, "Contractor will honor workmanship for no less than 5 years on all work performed." In March 2026, the shingles on the roof line blew off. I took pictures, texted them to Joe Summerville, even sent drone photos of the problem. He said he was busy and didn't get back to me. Seems incapable of returning phone calls. when he does he is distracted and rude. Asked for a simple estimate of my roof and you'd have thought I asked for the hope diamond. He went as far as to name call and belittle me and my wife. We are currently in legal dispute and joe is a no show. Do not trust this low life.
We used Joe's company to replace our roof. He was responsive, honest, and had the best quote. His crew was professional and did not leave a mess at all! We appreciated his hard work and flexibility. Hopefully we don't need our roof worked on again, but if we do, we'd highly recommend Joe!
