I have been living in these apts for about 2 years now. The office staff is very rude and frankly don't care about their tenants. The rent is too high to have broken gym equipment, a gate that breaks every other day, and to not communicate effectively with its tenants. Their regional manager is a joke and frankly I deeply regret living here. I hope the next company that takes over actually cares for the people here. Greystone Management is a joke.

My experience here has been dreadful. Management is unresponsive or hangs up when you call with concerns out of frustration. There is no communication or resolutions in the leasing office. Maintenance enters without permission on multiple occasions. There is no consequence or termination for that employee. The grounds are unkept and amenities are out of service majority of the time. It’s not worth your money or sanity to live in this community.

DO NOT....I MEAN DO NOT MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS. They have put 2 evictions on my door twice when it was their mistake. They put a late notice on my door which was meant to be on someone else door not mine. They have infestation of roaches even if the house is clean. I have had mold in both of my bathrooms that nobody has yet to come and fix. They just call it mildew and says to just spray bleach on it. My garage door has been broken for so long.
