This place, especially with the mangement they have on site, and even higher, are not worth considering for boarding a skunk in my opinion, let alone renting a dwelling for people. We have been lied to, threatened, bullied, targeted with harassment, and wrongly evicted from where we were living here, all because of the terrible sin of expecting the truth, and not being able to afford a big jump in my rent. So we were shown the pool was infested with crawfish and a unit that wasnt cleaned out at all after the previous tenants moved out. Starting from the outside was disgusting, trash all over the place, the door was beat up, window screen was partially off, going inside was a nightmare as well! I have been having a water leak in BOTH restrooms since I moved in. And everytime I call, they tell me to wait because we only have one maintenance man. I have 4 small kids and we have mold everywhere. My kids are constantly getting sick since we moved here. The toilet upstairs is always clogged. They came and fixed it and soon as we flushed it one time it clogged again. There is crime out here. My car has gotten broken into and so has my boyfriend's car. Do not move here. Office is never open. If they are in there they don't answer their phone. It takes a village to get maintenance to help you. Maintenance speaks Spanish and I never know what he is saying. Maybe my oven will blow up...maybe it's fixed. Who knows!! Think twice. It's loud in the parking lots until like 1am. Cars blaring music all the time. Kids scream as if getting attacked. If I could move out I would. But I'm trying to save you.

Hello, I'm sorry to post this here but I am fed up. I am a long term resident, 3 year's without any incident. Since April my downstairs toilet is sitting disassembled due to a major water leak that has been ongoing since I moved in. Maintenance discovered the issue was due to a leak in my garage,(pipes improperly put in) There is alot of mold and water damage that was cut out of my bathroom walls. I LIVE IN APARTMENT *****AND HAVE MOVED OUT DUE TO BED BUGS AND THE APARTMENTS STAFF HAVING A COMPANY CALLED MASSEY COME OUT TO CHECK AND SAID I DID NOT HAVE THEM I THEN HAD TWO SEPARATE COMPANY'S COME OUT AND CONFIRM I DID INDEED HAVE THE BED BUGS, IN ADDITION TO THIS I ALSO HAVE HAD MAJOR MAINTENANCE ISSUES SINCE DAY ONE THEY NEVER FIX, THE OFFICE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE AND THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN FROM 9 AM TO 6 PM HOWEVER THEY ARE ALWAYS WITH THE CLOSED SIGN ON THE DOOR AND THE OFFICE PEOPLE ARE SITTING IN THE OFFIC... read more

I lived here for 4 years. The office staff colluded to use illegal and non permitted/licensed workers to do all types of substandard construction repairs. Basic human needs for hot water were not met. It is an unmetered property where the owner charges extravagant water fees to an at risk group of tenants. The Travis County Sheriff was called there 1166 times while I lived there. The management did not keep the property safe by deploying cameras and left exterior lighting broken for years.
