My family and I have been renting at Cottages at Summer Village for the past 5 years. This trip is always the highlight of our year as there is something for everyone at this amazing resort. We have stayed in 3 different cottages and we have found them all to be clean and comfortable. My kids love all of the different amenities around the property including the multiple pools (especially the heated family pool), the playground, and the trolley (their favorite!). Have stayed at this property many times and usually like to stay in #225. Great location on the property for easy walking to adult pool area. Have stayed in different months (May, June, Sept, Oct) and have loved each season. I usually travel with my husband but have made several Solo trips to SV. As a solo, female traveler I feel completely safe on the property. Because I have returned to the same cottage several times I have seen improvements each visit that have been made by the owner. My family has been coming to Cottages at Summer Village since 2020 and it is a very special place for our family. They have a heated family pool for the kids, game room and other great amenities including a playground and trolley. The resort is centrally located right near several other desirable towns including Ogunquit, York and Kennebunkport. The cottages are spacious with a full kitchen. Would highly recommend to families looking for a summer getaway!
This was our 3rd time coming to Summer Village. It's a lovely community and the location is perfect. The amenities are great for families. We used 2 of the 3 pools (there's a 3rd in the middle of the complex but it was further from our cottage), the tennis & pickle ball courts - all very well maintained. The cottages are close together but it somehow it feels quiet and peaceful. There's not a lot of car traffic and there's a trolley (my kids were obsessed!) that comes by frequently on a loop.
