The Cropper family charging folks $875 a month to stay on their land plus the cost of the mobile home. We were really interested in a home until that sprung up. Complete greed is what it's called. 🤑

My friend owns a trailer in this lovely, well kept park. I'm lucky enough to be here 3 times year. The bay on one side, the ocean on the other. I'll take this over any other type of lodging. Beautiful place to stay.
This summer park is amazing. Great neighbors, great owner and a true secret. For the money, there is no better location. My grandchildren are making memories that will help them enjoy life.
